I'm Matt. I help founders sell more stuff online and figure out AI without losing the plot. No course, no funnel named after a Greek letter, no morning routine to share. My “framework” is “look at the data and don't be a knob”. Ten years on Amazon taught me how this actually works. Everything since has been me trying not to forget.

I work with founders who actually sell things to actual people. Mostly outside London, mostly the kind of business that's been around longer than half the agencies pitching them.
Before this, ten years selling on Amazon. Which is the only marketing degree worth getting. You learn how reviews work, how listings convert, how search actually ranks things. Mostly trying to sell more stuff and not have your account suspended.
Now I spend most of my time figuring out which AI tools actually move the number and which ones just make you feel busy. Turns out the bottom-line wins are unsexy: better product copy at speed, cleaner data, fewer humans doing things a machine should do. Less LinkedIn carousel, more invoices going out the door.
I write about it as I go. Plain words, real numbers, no pretending I knew it all along.
Email me. No forms, no 12-minute VSL, no “discovery call” that's secretly a pitch. If we're a fit, we'll get on a call. If we're not, I'll tell you.
